I love this bed. I had it delivered Jan 4 between 12-3 and it came 12:22pm. I started working on it at 1:30pm and it took me 3 in a half hours to complete. I did it by myself and Im a female. If you follow the instructions will not be complicated at all. Dont waste the additional 130 on set up if you dont have too. Instructions were str8 to the point. Only downfall was they put all the pieces in one bag and you had to separate it yourself. What I did was separate it first and put sticky notes on everything and I was good to go. The bed came out beautifully. I have no complaints. Looked exactly how it pictured. Just know its a big bed so make sure you measure your room so you know it will fit. My room is 12×13.5 and it fit perfectly. No complaints. The wood slacks does seem a bit weak but overall it supports me and my extra curricular activities. Lol. Buy this bed you wont have any complaints. Also I thought it was a bit taller but its not. Its a low bed and my mattress is 12in. If that helps
