I have gotten the bed together. It is a strong and comfortable frame. I still feel that they could have better customer service.
The night stand went together fine and the materials are good quality. However, the bed frame showed up defective. The legs beneath the head board have wholes clear through them. These wholes should contain threads that the bolts twist into. They are also in the wrong location, so I cant even buy my own nuts and bolts to make it work. I contacted the company for replacement legs. The sent me the wrong pieces and then I asked again for the right parts and was told that I am only allowed a one time replacement on non-warrantied products. Now I cant even use the bed that I spent several hundred dollars on. I will have to try and drill my own wholes, which will lessen the strength of the legs. Very disappointed.
