The instructions for assembly show very well what is needed and what parts come with the product. However, when assembling, the upper and lower panels were not labeled so it is easy to mix up which is which if you do not realize to look for the holes where the ladder screws in to. So, we got almost all the way done assembling the bed, only left with putting on the guard rails and the ladder, only to realize we had the upper panel and lower panel flipped upside down and backwards. So, we had to take it all apart and do it over, making sure we had the right pieces in the right places and flipped the correct way.
The only other issue is that the ladder hurts your feet. It needs to have a ladder with a more flat surface because those small rungs are hard to go up and down on. Especially for a bigger sized foot. sturdy!
