The only reason I didnt give a 5 was because the 1st package arrived in the worst condition and the headboard piece had a hole in it. Thank you support for arranging a pick up and a new bed frame! This frame is well worth the price. I wish instructions were also written as it was only drawings and they did not include a picture of the P item, but labeled it in the drawing. Got the frame put together myself and have been sleeping on it for a few days. Its nice to only have the foam mattress, not the box spring. Just need to get new doggie stairs as its higher up than before
