Out of the box, this tub filler was absolutely beautiful. I have yet to install it as I'm still in the process of remodeling the bathroom; however, the look and feel of this filler is that of one that costs 5x as much. The customer service was great. Per my install application, I needed longer supply lines in order to reach my rough plumbing. They were quick to respond and ship me new supply lines that will work for my application. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in purchasing again from this supplier. I'm glad I didn't spend more on the name brands with the amount of quality that I received in this unit.
