The chair finally arrived 10 days after the order. That is find. The problem was the tracking was way off. Could have been the weather. Now, to the chair. It was a birthday present for my grown daughter. She loves it and says it is so comfortable. The reason I did not give it 5 stars on the assembly is because she said it was difficult getting everything aligned between the back and the seat. The main contributing factor may have been her doing the assembly alone. The chair looks great. A Stressless chair is about six times as expensive and I doubt the comfort is six times better. The reason I have not got one for my wife is the seat is low for someone of her let's say advanced years which makes it too difficult for her to get up. The look of the curved legs adds a touch of class.
