When I received my bed, I was very apologetic to the mail deliverer, but also estatic! Until I opened the box to find pieces that came pre-damaged. When I inquired about this to customer servuce, they sent me another frame, free of charge so I could replace the damaged pieces. By the time they had gotten me the new frame, they had made alterations to the frame, so the pieces were no longer compatible, but they let me keep both anyway!
I love this bed, and it makes me feel like a princess, especially when I add a canopy curtain on top! I highly reccommend this bed
