This is the first review I am leaving out of hundreds of products purchased on . First, it comes in two boxes in two different shipments, so dont worry if part of the bed shows up one day, the other part will arrive within a day or two. The bed was easy to assemble by myself, it took about two hours, but would have been much easier and quicker with another personI was assembling the queen size model. No scratches on mine, however two of the attachment points for the side frame rails were bent. That being said, it was obvious it was because the shipping company (FedEx) had dropped the box. The box had clearly been damaged and repaired, however it was an easy fix to straighten them back out with a pair of vice grips and they are hidden under the bed so no one will ever notice. Also, DO NOT use this bed without a box spring, it only has four support bars. Overall, I am very happy with the bed, I am giving it four stars and not five because the screws are silver and not the color of the bed, which makes them look rather odd. Overall, good bed, especially for the the price.
