We love this product. We purchased it for our midbunk room in our camper and it is perfect. Our son loves sitting on it when he is watching TV and it is the perfect size bed, much wider then you think. We did have an issue with some rods breaking which caused the cushion to sink. Customer Service was aming, after writing to them and spending pictures they not only apologized for this happening, they truly stand behind the product and replaced it with a brand new one. They remained in constant contact with us through the whole replacement process. We would definitely purchase the product again and other furniture from this company.
