I was so excited to find this stand in a style that I loved to go in a small area of our living room. We ordered it and it arrived the next day. When we opened it to put together we noticed a small dent on one of the shelves. No big deal, well just make sure that sides in the back. As we kept pulling out parts we noticed that 3 of the parts were damaged. It was obvious that it was from mishandling during shipping/delivery. We contacted the manufacturer to see what we could do and they offered to send us a new unit. We couldnt believe it. All we had to do was send photos of the damage and a new stand is coming to us. I will most definitely look to them again when we decide to update more of our furniture in the future.
