Stained and smells like urine, missing pieces, heavy and hard to haul off
Not one hole in the couch was drilled right and it was missing hardware. The pillow cases also are little stained and smell like urine. I was on cloud 9 when the mattress arrived but now I have a piece of junk with missing pieces. I ordered online to have the convenience of delivery but now have to find a way to haul this thing away. Infuriating for the least how quality is going downhill.
