First thing I want to mention is the customer service. They were very polite and got me what I needed when I contacted them with no hesitation! Now, I ordered the chair to add a little pizz to my room and a place for me to chill when Im not in the bed. When the it arrived there were no parts for me to put it together and the part under the chair where the parts wouldve been was torn. I contacted the company and they shipped the parts. I put it together and sat in it. Youre not suppose to lean back in it. Anyway, I turned it on and fell asleep in it lol. The heat function works wonders on my back! I love it. Even though it wasnt expensive, its worth it to me!
