We ordered two of the power lift recliners with massage and heat. I put the first one together and it is so comfortable. We love it. The heat and massage is a great feature and works well. We had an issue with the second chair so we wrote an email to the Email address on the side of the box. We received a response within 24 hours and they resolved our problem. We are very pleased with their response and we absolutely love the chairs.
