We bought two, 1 was fairly easy to assemble the other had a smashed connector, I was able to get it back into shape so it plugged in as it should but it was a real pain finding the right tool to get in the connector and slowly round it back out without damaging any of the pins inside. What we dont like is how slow these chairs recline and return and lift. The old chair that these are replacing is double the speed. What we do like is the heat and message. So a little give and take. Update: If your thinking about buying this chair then dont, of the two we bought 1 has the right arm falling off and the other when lifting it will lift you in a leaning condition and makes a clunk sound when going back down. Life expectancy of these chairs is very limited. Customer service is no help. DO NOT BUY.
