Instructions were clear, vendor was responsive when I had an issue. However the box it came in could have been sturdier construction for shipping. No white glove delivery. Did not expect for them to assemble but did expect for them to place in the house.
Otherwise, the chair is great; mainly purchased for husband but I think I am going to use it more than he is going to use it.
