Packing was good, apparently the deliver was really gentle with the package as I watched from the doorbell camera. Easy setup very basic instillation. Chair so far looks aming and feels even better than anticipated. I believe a lot of the bad reviews are due in part the the delivery guys just throwing stuff around. All in all worth every penny!!
