Good chair for a few days. Look elsewhere. Customer support is terrible.
My initial chair bottom cracked twice on the arm rest. Im 180lbs, 61 and it should be able to support me rising from the chair, but it ruptured in a couple places and clearly the chair had a short life ahead of it. I contacted the seller, and they helpfully sent me a replacement - in the wrong color. After I explained this to them with photographs and labels, they refused to send it to me in the correct color, or send me a black back to match the black bottom they sent, instead choosing to ghost me. Its been 9 days since support replied back at this point and clearly they dont want to make this issue right. So considering all that, I would avoid this chair entirely as Id have to assume the QA is probably about as bad as their support. The new bottom has already cracked a little in the same place.

Instant assembly - 4 bolts and put A on B. Super comfy!
Excellent, excellent chair. Assembled in 5 minutes without reading the manual (tabs go in slots, feet go on bottom) and is unreasonably easy to operate. been sitting in it for a full day of work 8 hours over several days with my lap desk and its a great substitute for a traditional office chair or a lazy chair (or both in my case.) Highly, highly recommend this chair, its excellent especially for the price!
