Product is junk, company impossible to deal with. Zero Customer service. If you have issues you will end up paying for everything. Product is cheap junk and the company refuses any and all decent treatment of dissatisfied customers aka impossible to deal with on returns. This company demands customer pays them close to cost of product for a return!? So you return them their junk and they keep most of your $money$. I cannot express this fact enough, BUYER BEWARE! I should have payed attention to the negative reviews.
One of many issues: Parts are not predrilled for important assembly pieces and knowing how nasty companys like this get if you predrill yourself, I refused to continue with this product due to experience with these mass produced furniture products and their companys false claims of customizing etc. yes I have assembled tons of these types of furniture etc., Im also a journeyman carpenter, not your average do it yourselfer . Most of you Will regret this purchase unless you like cheap furniture for exorbitant prices, then realize they trapped you with pictures that make the junk look pretty good, in reality theres quality differences and you get the lesser of those differences. Then try to return and they hit you with charge after charge until your close to or over the original price of their product. What a Scam. Ill say it again BUYER BEWARE
