Surprisingly positive experience building this. It came not just with all the tools you might need, but tools Im actually going to keep for other things in the future. For example, a rubber mallet and a ratcheting allen wrench (so much faster than a regular hex allen key). The assembly was also super visual, every joint has a corresponding number which also happens to be the step it is in the instructions. I cant do it justice explaining in words, but lets just say it was so easy, my 8 year old and 5 year old took over and completed the job on their own in about 20 minutes (I had started it to be fair/ not sure how long the entire thing took but it felt very fast).
It also comes with some cute paperwork and greeting cards from the manufacturer (not joking/ greeting cards to brighten someones day). Ive never dreamed of having such a positive experience opening a bed frame before/ I was so pleasantly surprised, I now want to buy more beds for my wife and I from Zinus. If only everything you buy had such a premium experience!
