Does not ship with instructions and install process is not clear
Title says it all/ even with a decent background in mechanics, this thing wasnt that intuitive to set up. Definitely feels like its missing screws in some parts (not helped by the fact that it doesnt come with instructions).
Additionally, it was very heavy to move, especially if youre shorter

After conferring with the customer support team, they very quickly sent me another screw set with instructions. After reassembly, the bed was incredibly stable and comfortable to sleep on
