Check chairs all the way around not just the tops!!!
Just took them out of box on moving day...one chair completely broken on the side...and garbage truck just took the box's....now what do I do??????...*company has been very responsive....promised too send a new chair no cost within 2 weeks...hopefully they will keep their word, other family members want to purchase these chairs but first they want to see if they are true to their word...if not I will file a claim*....*Update*....was sent a replacement chair for the broken one...company very responsive...didn't have to send broken chair back... received the new chair quickly....perfect....everyone loves the chairs....more orders too come...ty~
