We bought two of these for our front porch, and were VERY happy with them. I know that after the pollen sets in, I can take my pressure washer to them with no more worries of taking the paint off of wooden chairs. Very solid and sturdy. The screws are the beef, no question they will hold solid for decades. The first chair was a little tricky to assemble by myself, but once I had it the second chair was super easy (I didnt bother to watch the assembly video they pointed me to in the directions, maybe you should?). I put the included Allen driver in my cordless drill, set the torque really high and zip zip zip. To add the second side, the trick is to start all the screws about 3/4 for alignment, then go back and tighten them down. Tighten the top of the ladder back last to trap the top piece in place.
