After reading all the reviews, I was a little hesitant to order these. Our old ones were wood, and disintegrated over time in the New Orleans humidity. My husband put these together in a flash (I was shocked as he is not that handy). They look and feel great on our porch. They are very comfortable. I could not be happier with these chairs, and am so happy that they will not rot or mildew over time.
