This seems to be a very sturdy chair made of high/quality weather resistant materials. The screws are non/magnetic which means they are likely made of stainless steel. I expect this will last a long time even in my coastal environment.
The assembly will be easier if you first view the videos on the website, which contain some useful tips. I recommend you use a power drill to drive the screws and have a mallet handy to persuade the seat into the routed/out pockets. Also, not mentioned in any of the manufacturers instructions is that the seat back has a bad side which you will want to assemble facing the rear. You have a 50/50 chance of this and if you get it wrong you will have to live with it or disassemble half the chair to make it right.
Lastly, the chair is hard and the back is very upright and not contoured so you are likely to need a cushion set if you want a comfy chair.
