Chair is great customer service is good except it takes them forever to respond
I bought 2 chairs because I live in south carolina and the porch is not covered. They will get baked in the sun. They were fairly easy to assemble and seem heavy duty. The only problem I have with the experience is I was shipped 1 screw short. I entered a ticket on their website to have it addressed and it took them a very long time to respond. Once I had their attention the customer service rep did a great job and I had the screw shipped to me quickly. They need to hire more customer service folks to handle these issues. I had to be without one of my chairs for nearly 2 weeks. To me I should have been able to make a phone call, maybe be put on hold for 10 or 15 minutes then give my address and some ordering info and get the screw shipped to me in a couple of days. Otherwise I would give these chairs 5 stars.
