Updated review: Customer service sending parts needed.
Updated: customer service responded and are sending the bracket needed. Apparently, like many companies, response time is simply taking a little longer than usual. I updated my rating thanks to the helpful service and resolution.
The chairs look nice and are comfortable, but unfortunately one chair was sent with wrong parts included. I reached out to the customer support via the website provided, but have heard nothing from them. Id like to give a better recommendation, but the lack of response or effort to replace these parts is unacceptable.
