Update: I was contacted by Customer rep. about getting a new replacement chair but they ran out and gave me a refund. 2 chairs are still good and another 1 cracked. Thanks for the refund and change my revoew ro 3 stars.
1 chair is crack and i asked for an exchange. very light weight chair and arent very steady.
