This is my first Memory Foam Bed so my review comes from someone that is used to spring Bedes. I believe that my spring Bed was the cause of back aches so I purchased the Foam Bed. So far I find that it relieves most of my back pain (this is after 2 nights of use) and I better, more soundly. The only down side is that its not good for just sitting, it sinks. Also its placed on a new platform bed which is only 7 high so Its low to the floor. By the time the sinking stops Im a little uncomfortable with the height so I try not to sit on it. If I could eliminate that sinking feeling I would definitely give a 5 star rating.
