It felt okay with my weight (140lbs) on the top bunk after assembled, but if pressure is centralized into one area (I.e, child standing or jumping) the pieces of bow pretty easily. Going to keep an eye on that. Other than that the bed went together perfectly and it looks aming. Oh , be careful or youre going to end up with splinters.
