Although it did take a while to put this up, it wasnt because it was difficult it was more so because the bed takes time to build. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Im pregnant and I was able to put it up with no problem. Its Sturdy I have my 8 year old boy on the top bunk and 3 year old girl on the bottom. The longest part of the whole thing is the slats going across the beds but very easy to assemble still. The bed is low for people with low ceilings. My kids love their bed! 5 starts for the price and quality!!
