However, it did take a week to arrive (even with prime) and was missing several parts, specifically half the slats needed to place the bottom mattress on the frame. Reached out to the company and had to file a claim. Customer service said it will take another 10 days before the replacement parts should arrive. Where after waiting for a week for the product, already rearranging furniture and moving beds to make room for this is a super inconvenience. If parts are missing it shouldnt take another 10 days before the replacements are received when it is on the company.
