Received a queen size bed when I purchased a king. first wanted me to keep the queen and refund me the difference between the two. That did not work for me as I wanted what ordered especially having a king size mattress. So they did make it right by sending a return label and shipping out the right size bed after declining that offer. Once received the box was open and not sure if it was by Fedex or the warehouse itself. Thankfully, we received all the parts. I love the burned orange color and loved that a box spring was not needed. We have a 10 memory foam mattress on this frame. All in all I think the bed works for the price you pay. Definitely satisfied.
