This is a pretty good frame. Not hard to put together. Instructions says it only takes 30 minutes but its really closer to an hour if your taking your time and doing it right. Instructions are just pictures which would slow some people down who need to read more then see a picture all and all happy with the frame. Since it's not super heave it will be easy to move for people like me who has a wife that likes to change the bed room around a few times a year
