If you are missing a part and contact the seller, good luck, because you will not get a response at all. I e-mailed the seller for a replacement part for a missing part 2 weeks ago and zero response. Head and foot boards are very weak, bendable metal. The rest of the frame is solid. Go with a different company that gives two craps about their customers. Do better .
