Received my frame a week ago and immediately noticed a dent in the footboard frame. It wouldn't be that bad if it was damaged in a place where it wouldn't be visible but this is right on top. The shipping box looked fine so this must have been damaged in the factory. I reported it right away to the Seller but have not received ANY correspondence. Decent bed frame but customer support is not very good.
UPDATE: Finally heard back from their customer support folks and they were able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. This bed is great looking and easy to assemble so buy with confidence.
