The product itself is sturdy and straightforward to assemble. There were no cracks or damage, so it was packaged well. However, I ordered white and received black, and there were no instructions in my box, so I ended up having to find them online at another retailer. Product itself came out pretty nice, but I wish I had gotten the correct color and the instructions. Luckily, the black didnt clash with anything, so I didnt have to go to the effort of repackaging it and shipping it back
