I ordered this in January,2019 to remodel my sons bedroom. I didnt put it together till July 2019. Putting a connector into panel 8, it was tight and a 3 inch crack appeared at the end of board. I E/mailed the company and WN stated no problem. He sent me out another 8 panel. Great customer service. I have two bunk beds and they are both great. One thing I did as other did ,was put plywood on the bed es as there does not appear to be enough.
