I was a bit concerned when the outside box showed quite a bit of shippers rash. Two corners of the were damaged quite severely allowing some foam packing material to spill out. When I opened the box I found everything protected by thick 1+ foam pads and absolutely no shipping damage. The hardware was carefully packaged and the parts were clearly labeled making inventorying and checking it with the contents list in the instructions a breeze. I felt there would be no surprises this morning when I started assembly . There were no issues with parts not fitting correctly and only hand tools were needed. I recommend this item.
