As a kitchen island I would give it five stars. Its sturdy, fairly easy to assemble, it seems like it will last well. Theres a cart I would have to give it one star the wheels are absolutely terrible its almost impossible to steer and it has horrible rolling resistance. If you want something that youre going to roll into position and leave it there and never move again its awesome. If you want something that is, as advertised a cart, keep looking.
