With all the reviews that talked about damaged shipping I was worried. Luckily we didnt have that problem and assembly was very easy. All of our shoes fit fine, they are in fact deep enough to stuff both shoes in one hole. The dark espresso color is stunning, it makes a nice hall tree for our entry way.
