My unit didnt come with any parts except the hangers, I called the mfg on the directions and they did ship me the missing parts. Directions are only pictures, the wood pieces are NOT labeled like the direction pictures, but simple enough to figure out, beware of nailing the back on, Do not try and nail the back on in the middle, I didnt have it lined up and went through the wood (my fault).has parts to attached to the wall, but no directions on how to secure itvery very white in color
