Wasnt too hard to put together, easy instructions to follow. There is a small gap between the backing and bench which is annoying to look at. Probably could be fixed if you purchased tiny nails (nails that come with are too long for that area, trust me, I poked all the way thru and ruined it). Shoes cubbies are small. Mens shoes will only fit one shoe per square and might even have to lay sideways to fit. Sharp edges on cubby dividers.
