Very Nice, But Was Shipped With A Few Flaws/Cracked Pieces
Start off by saying when assembled it’s a very nice piece. The issues I have is when you pay so much for an item you are expecting it to be in excellent condition. You purchase an item and of course you’d like for there to be nothing wrong with it because once you unbox it, it’s to much that goes into it to re-box it and send it back especially when you order it online. My item came in with a lot of scratches and chipped and cracked pieces but I was fortunate enough to have them mostly towards the back to where you can’t notice the flaws unless I show you, but it’s one of them things where I know they are there so it bothers me that again you pay all this money for something and you have proof it’s damaged but can’t even get a little bit of a refund (not even the whole refund) but just something for what you actually received….. other than those issues I will say that once put together it is very very nice piece so far for ambiance and haven’t had to use the heater yet. I just haven’t had it long enough to see if some of the other issues people have had will occur or not with the LED lights and other things.
