So glad I went with this choice! Prime member here, so I got the table in two days from hitting submit online. I shopped around a LOT for a decent, inexpensive kitchen table to replace my larger, rectangular table. I read the reviews on this table and decided to pull the trigger. $124 was a steal! We are in the process if remodeling our 50 y/o kitchen, to a more modern, sleek look, and this table fit the bill perfectly! Ridiculously easy to assemble by myself (small, 43 y/o female here). But I would recommend using a screw gun and appropriate bits, not the flimsy wrenches they send. I credit those tools with my ease and rapid assembly. I literally put this table together in less than 20 minutes by myself. Admittedly it was a tad awkward and heavy to remove from the box alone (a second person would have been nice) but I managed quite well. I would advise anyone to use the large, packing styrofoam sheeting included in the box to lay and use on the floor while assembling to avoid scratching the table top. Just place the table on it and voila! no scratching! I got the solid black table to match our black counters and fixtures, but I'm sure other colors are just as beautiful. Very well made and painted exquisitely. Overall, 5 stars for ease of assembly, beauty, and construction. Get this and you definitely will not be disappointed!
PS, the table top and the base come shipped in separate boxes. I got mine in the same shipment but I read reviews saying the two shipped on separate days. Just FYI in case you run into this. This was not an issue for me.
