I was so excited to get this item but when I got it, a box was missing. After contacting support I recieved the box within a day. I was happy about that. The product is really nice once complete. The assembly takes a while for someone like me who doesnt put things together often. There was also holes missing from one of the pieces that is used to sit the stand on the floor. I was not happy about that at all. The instructions did not completely explain how to put the LEDs on the stand. Also, there were instructions missing for two of the LEDs. Overall, it is nice.
