Heater fan broke during shipping and they shipped me an entire new TV stand.
The instruction putting this together aren't the greatest in the world but it looks nice once we got it done. We despaired when the heater on the TV stand didnt work and I sent an email to them about it. They sent an entirely new TV stand with no questions asked. Really appreciate the customer service. The new TV stand was simple to install and is working great.
