hardest part was unboxing and getting to my second floor! stand itself comes in a long heavy box and fire place comes in a separate delivery but they came super fast and way before scheduled time! i received all the pieces, nothing ruined, everything works perfect! beautiful view, sturdy stand, keeps me nice and warm, and everyone compliments it! so happy with the purchase, can’t beat the price either (=
