Product is great, but I was very pleased when I reached out to the manufacturer for support.
The umbrella was missing a piece that covers the braces that goes into the weighted stand. I let know and their only solution was to send me a new umbrella instead of the part.
That seemed like a bad solution to me so I went to s website and emailed them my issue along with my order number. I got a response right away asking for confirmation on the part I needed and it was sent out DHL at no cost.
Very pleased with our purchase.
