I am very pleased with this umbrella. I had a little hiccup at the beginning. began to unpack and assemble and found that I was missing a couple of parts. I emailed and got an almost immediate response, apologizing for the missing parts and they assured me that they would be shipped asap. Sure, enough I received the missing parts in a couple of days, finished assembling the umbrella and it is beautiful. Works as advertised, and I would highly recommend getting the larger (40x40) base for this. The umbrella is huge, but this base filled with water holds it nicely.
