Had a little glitch with the delivery of the first umbrella, as the freight company lost it. refunded the original purchase, and we tried again. Second freight company, XPO Logistics, was excellent; communicated with is via email and then phone, and it was delivered exactly in the time window.
The umbrella itself is easy to inbox and assemble. Ours arrived with one bent arm, but it still seems to work. Rotates 360 in the base, adjusts easily, and easy to raise and lower. This is a big umbrella, which we needed, so you need space for it to open and close. It includes a cover for when its closed.
Definitely buy the separate water/filled base. The two/piece base arms it comes with are completely inadequate unless you are bolting/screwing them into the deck. Even with the separate base, this is a great value compared to similar sized umbrellas in stores.
